TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Fundamental Principles & Ideology (Preamble & Secular Principles)

The Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC) strictly operates on the principle of "Secularism and Equality" (Sarvadharma Samabhava). The organization is committed to protecting the fundamental rights of all citizens of India—including Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, and all communities—without any discrimination based on caste, religion, sect, gender, language, or region. All operational functions and activities of the organization are conducted strictly within the framework of the Constitution of India.

2. Scope of Work & Functional Departments

The institution operates across the following legal, social, and human rights domains under the Constitution of India and relevant legal statutes:

• Human Rights Protection: Raising voice against human rights violations and providing legal assistance.
• Women's Rights & Empowerment: Working for the legal rights, safety, protection, and self-reliance of women.
• Child Rights & Protection: Preventing child labor and child abuse while promoting child education and welfare.
• Animal Rights & Welfare: Preventing cruelty to animals and promoting animal welfare initiatives.
• Education & Agricultural Development: Encouraging education for underprivileged children and advocating for farmers' rights and agricultural growth.
• Right to Information & Anti-Corruption Cell: Utilizing the Right to Information (RTI) Act to promote transparency and spreading public awareness against corruption.
• Media Cell: Highlighting social grievances, injustices, and issues before the public and administrative authorities.
• Medical Awareness & Public Health: Organizing free medical camps, blood donation drives, and public health awareness campaigns.
• Poor & Needy Relief: Distributing food, rations, and essential commodities to impoverished families.
• Police & Citizen Harmony Cell: Building positive relations between police administration and common citizens, spreading legal awareness, and fostering cooperation in maintaining law and order.

3. Right of Absolute Termination & Suspension of Membership

The Management and Central Executive Committee of the Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC) reserve absolute rights regarding its members as follows:

• Termination Without Prior Notice: The institution reserves the absolute right to terminate the membership or suspend the ID card of any member at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason, if their conduct, behavior, activity, or working method is found contrary to the principles or interests of the organization.
• Applicability on Lifetime Cardholders: This rule applies equally to all members holding 'Lifetime' membership or ID cards. Holding a 'Lifetime' card does not guarantee immunity from expulsion. In cases of indiscipline or unsatisfactory behavior, lifetime membership can be terminated immediately without assigning any reason.
• Mandatory Pre-Condition of Agreement: Every individual must thoroughly understand before joining or paying any membership fee/receiving a card that the decision of the HRJC Management shall be final and binding. Membership is granted only upon reading and accepting these terms.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Donation Policy & Legal Consequences

The Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC) is a Non-Governmental and Social Service Organization (NGO). Donations or contributions made toward the charitable and social endeavors of the organization are subject to the following strict legal conditions:

• Absolute Non-Refundable Policy: Any donation, membership fee, or contribution given to the organization is deemed entirely voluntary and charitable. Once a donation is made, the amount is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
• Legal Action against Unlawful Demands & Pressure: If any individual, former member, or third party attempts to demand a refund of donations, threaten the organization, raise false allegations, blackmail, or exert unlawful pressure, it shall be treated as a serious criminal offense.
• Applicable Provisions under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS, 2023): Immediate legal action and Police FIR will be initiated under the BNS, 2023 against anyone engaging in unlawful demands or blackmailing:
  • Section 308 BNS (Extortion): Demanding refund of donations through threats or undue coercion.
  • Section 351 BNS (Criminal Intimidation): Threatening or intending to harm/defame the organization, founders, or executive committee.
  • Section 356 BNS (Defamation): Damaging the social reputation of the organization through false allegations.
  • Section 318 BNS (Cheating): Donating with malafide intent to create disputes later.
• Civil Liabilities & Defamation Claims: In addition to criminal prosecution, a civil lawsuit for heavy financial damages and compensation will be filed in civil court against any person attempting to malign the organization's reputation.

5. Strict Regulations Regarding Identity Cards (ID Cards) & Digital PDFs

ID Cards and electronic PDFs issued by the organization may only be used for authorized organizational activities. Misuse will attract severe legal penalties under the following provisions:

• 5.1 Misuse and Unauthorized Usage of ID Cards: If any member or individual misuses the organization's ID card for intimidation, extortion, exerting unlawful pressure on administrative officers, or committing any illegal act, strict legal action will be initiated against them immediately.
• 5.2 Usage of ID Card Post Suspension or Termination: If a member's membership is suspended or terminated by the institution, or if they resign, the ID card issued to them becomes automatically invalid and void. If such person continues to display, use, or represent themselves as an HRJC representative in society after termination, it will be treated as a grave criminal offense.
• 5.3 Illegal Creation of PDFs & Fake ID Card Generation: If a member/individual receives an official digital PDF ID card from the institution and misuses it to forge, generate unauthorized duplicate ID cards, or commit fraud in the name of membership, it will be treated as forgery and criminal cheating.

6. Legal Framework & Penal Provisions under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS, 2023)

Any person misusing ID cards, using cards post-suspension/termination, or creating fake PDFs/cards to defraud the public will face immediate criminal FIR under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and other applicable laws.

Note: Additional prosecution will be initiated under Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 for cyber fraud and digital impersonation.

7. Personal Liability & Police/FIR Declaration

Every individual obtaining membership explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

• They have thoroughly read these Terms & Conditions available on the official website and provided explicit consent before receiving the ID Card/PDF.
• In the event of any future criminal complaint, police case, or FIR registered against a member for personal acts, that member shall be solely and personally liable.
• The Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC) or its office bearers (Founder/Co-founder) shall not be responsible for any personal or illegal acts of any member. These terms will serve as conclusive proof before courts and police administration that the member was fully aware of all regulations.

8. Amendments & Legal Jurisdiction

The institution reserves the exclusive right to modify or amend these rules and terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of any legal dispute, the exclusive judicial jurisdiction shall belong solely to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
